We have recently bought a new back door for our house from you, and we would like to say how pleased we are with your services.
When your salesman Robin Dowse came to visit us to sort out the design of the door and payments we found him to be a very nice person with a good sense of humour and we found him to be a very likable man. When the fitters came in to fit the door, we left them to do their job and we hardly knew they were here. They even cleaned up after themselves, leaving no mess whatsoever. Our hallway looked even tidier than before they came!
We were so pleased with the finished results that Mr & Mrs Martin went into your offices in Downtown, Grantham to begin ordering a new front door for our house. Yesterday, Robin visited us again to sort out the design of the door. While he was with us we requested the same fitters as with our back door. Robin even took s photograph of our back door for his sales catalogue.
All in all, we rate your services so much that we would highly recommend your company to other people and would instantly come back to you if we ever want any more doors or windows.

On Thursday 15th November 2007 one of the large windows in our conservatory would not lock leaving our property vulnerable. I have recently had 13 windows replaced by EYG, not a straight forward job and one I was not looking forward to. But I can honestly say that the two workmen - Mike and Craig who carried out the work did a wonderful job under difficult circumstances and I cannot praise them enough.
I would also like to say that I am very pleased with the windows and will certainly recommend them to anyone who enquiries.
