Our Guarantee
EYG currently offer three different guarantee's to its customers; these are a standard Ten Year Warranty, a Fascias and Soffits Ten Year Warranty, and a Double Indemnity Guarantee.
Our standard Ten Year Warranty states that:
"EYG will replace faulty material free of charge, should any defect appear in our products within 10 years excluding hardwood which is subject to conditions on contract."
Our Fascias and Soffits Ten Year Warranty states that:
"EYG will replace faulty materials free of charge, should any defect appear in our Fascias and Soffits within 10 years, with the exception of woodgrain products and gutters/drainpipes which carry a 5 year warranty."
And our Double Indemnity Guarantee states:
"This gives you additional Benefits which are not available if you choose to pay by cash, cheque, bank loan or building society advance. The Consumer Credit Act 1974 means that every one of EYG's guarantee's is completely safeguarded and upheld by the lender, giving you total peace of mind."
All guarantee's are offered as an extra benefit and is additional to the consumer's statutory rights.
